1. What is your allergen statement?   

We are a home-based, Cottage Food Operator, offering treats free of common allergens such as gluten, dairy, soy and corn.

  • While we offer some treats that do not contain nuts, we are not a nut-free environment and regularly use nuts and nut-flours/products; cross contamination with nuts/nut-products can occur.

  • While we also offer vegan options, honey and eggs are regularly used in some of our treats; cross contamination with honey and eggs/egg products can occur. 

  • We regularly use coconut products in our treats, including coconut oil and coconut sugar. While special requests to replace coconut ingredients can be explored, cross contamination with coconut products can occur.

  • Those with serious food allergies must purchase baked items and prepared foods at their own risk. For more details, please see the common ingredients used list on this page, and each specific product's ingredient details under products note on the Shop page.

2. Is Tula Rose Sweet Boutique certified gluten free?   

Tula Rose Sweet Boutique is not certified gluten free.

3. Do you use refined sugars?   

We mostly use unrefined sugars for our baked goods, such as coconut sugar, honey and dates. However, some treats may include ingredients that may contain small amounts of refined sugar (e.g., vegan chocolate chips, jams). 

4. Do you offer vegan options?  

Yes, we offer vegan options.  All of our treats are dairy free and many are fully vegan by omitting  honey and eggs/egg products. Please see the detailed and specific  product ingredients lists for further information.

5. Are your treats organic? 

 We aim to use as many organic ingredients as possible in our products; however, we are not certified organic, nor are all of our ingredients organic.

6. What is the shelf life of your treats?   

For best quality, our baked goods are best consumed immediately or within 2-3 days. Thereafter, many products may be kept in the freezer for up to one month.

7. Do you take custom orders?   

We can explore custom orders and requests.  Simply send your inquiry and we will contact you to discuss your request and determine if  it is possible. 

8. How can I order?   

Treats can be ordered online or in person during a pop-up or market event. 

9. Do you ship? 

We currently only offer our treats to Illinois residents, specifically to those in select Chicago suburbs (North/Northwest).
